we went in with higher hopes. the friendly staff and welcoming small atmosphere was fantastic and definitely inviting. we completely enjoyed our dining experience. i must say the soups were great, i was fortunate enough to have a kid that didn't like her soup so i got both. :-). the fried chicken was definitely top notch and the portions were very good but 24.95? wow! now, i ordered a new york strip (which was slightly small) for 29.95. I'm not cheap but i do expect good flavor for a price. the steak was completely flavor less, it did not even have a hint of a flavor from the grill it was prepared on. the outside of the steak was a light grey with perfect grill marks. it was pretty. unfortunately i cannot taste pretty. the pie selection was phenomenal and almost overwhelming. personally i have a mixed review of the resteraunt and will continue to try new places instead of revisiting this one. atleast for a while.

They have the most unusual way of preparing their potatoes. Their horseradish that goes with their prime rib is just out of this world. Very different from the usual corporate stuff that is so cookie cut. Food is truly aplenty for the amount that they charge. Shhhh, do not let them know that they're are charging too little for what they are offering. Just remember to complement the chef.
