DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THE NEW FACILITY IN ONTARIO,

The Doctors are very compassionate. They truly care for the animals they are caring for and treating. They are a bit pricey, but very worth it. You can tell they love animals. HOWEVER.......the 2 front girls Cassandra and Sharon are the MOST RUDEST people I have ever encountered. First off, Sharon presented my invoice to me and because I didn't have the $4,000 that it was going to cost, she treated me like I was chopped liver. Her entire "caring" attitude changed. Notice how I put caring in " ". Once she realized I wasn't going to pay for the services she recommended, it was apparent all she was interested in was collecting money from me....not for the care of my dog. I have encountered fake people before, but to treat me so very poorly was a rude awakening to this company. A short time later, she immediately went whispering to the supervisor Cassandra, they both looked at me and treated me HORRIBLE. It was obvious they looked down on me because I didn't have the money they wanted to collect from me. To boot, they started gossiping about other co-workers and how lazy some of them are. One employee was walking a dog outside and they were making derrogatory comments about her. Not only could I hear them, I thought it was the most unprofessional thing I've seen/heard. Then she started talking about paying her mother's credit card bills....and complaining about that. Really??? I am there for treatment of my dog, NOT drama. For a company that is starting out, new in town, it hasn't impressed me. I would give them another chance if I didn't have to deal with Sharon and Cassandra. There are ALOT of people out there that need jobs and want to work and that would appreciate coworkers. It's obvious they think the world owes something to them as they treat you like they are above the normal person. It's SAD!!!

Dr Proulx and Dr Ogilvie are expert doctors and gave our dog another chance at life. The technicians and doctors are very caring, accessable and responsive. They us very up to date technology, research and treatment. If you have a pet with cancer or need another specialized service, try this practice. Yes they can be pricey as a specialized center would be, but they also provide top notch service and care.
