poor customer service. I ordered and paid for work boots 4 weeks ago. They were supposed to arrive in two weeks. Not once did I recive a phone call communicating one thing about the order. I called once a week and each time they assured me they would be in. I expected a call at the 2 week mark from Red Wing telling me my shoes would not be in and the expected arrival date. When I called the 2nd time I asked them to call me back with more details. whent the order was placed, and location of shoes whether in route or in factory ect. no such call. Now it is 4 week and I got the same thing. very poor customer serivce. dissappointing.

I have had my hair done here a few times over the years. The staff was pleasant and of course the price was right. They are always busy when I have gone here. Sometimes I left because the wait was so long.
