I left one of my dogs here while we were on vacation….. when we picked him up he was lethargic and couldn’t walk, his paws were raw and he had feces caked and matted in his coat. We had to carry him to the car because he couldn’t walk. I don’t think they tended to him much at all, I think he was neglected for a week! He clearly lost 5-10 pounds in a week. I understand him not eating isn’t their fault and that happens but We called About EVERYDAY to check on him and all they said was he had diarrhea and they even said on voicemail he was eating well... They couldn’t give me an explanation on the limp….my dog is not himself, he’s flinchy and skittish. Trying to figure out what’s wrong ATM. a representative of the business messaged me. Stated my dogs limp is from stress. I’m appalled.!!!

I had fallen at home, fractured femur .Fortunately, my son was home. After he called ambulance I asked him to get my neighbor to take my 2 'girls' to Stay and Play. My neighbor only took blankets. They were welcomed in to Stay and play. No food no bowls were taken.

Was in hospital 5 mths then home with home nurse. Was not able to get 'my girls' out for about 6 mths.

Throughout those months I would call to hear how they were doing, many times owners called me, to see how I was doing.

They took great care with 'my girls' and I am eternally grateful for their welcoming my 2 sweethearts and for care given and understanding shown.

I am so pleased with the care that my dog " Skippy" receives at Come Play and Stay Pet Resort. He is excited when I drop him off. Everyone there is caring. and loving to the animals that are boarded there. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants their furry friends to get the very best care.

When we lived out of state we had an awesome day care for our 55 lb mutt. She loved to go play all day with the other dogs her size and take a couple hours to nap by herself. The staff there was great... It was more than we could ask for.



Then we moved back to our hometown here in Ohio and were looking for a comparable day care. There aren't many options around here, so we were thrilled to find CSPPR. We brought our fur baby in for an interview thinking, "UH OH I hope she's not too hyper!" Well... We got her there and she was nervous. She must have thought she was going to the vet!



They brought in 2 different dogs, but our dog decided to walk around and check the place out. She sniffed around for barely 10 minutes and they said "She's just not playful enough." And they did not accept her for the ONE day a week we wanted to bring her. I was so disappointed in the way they judged our dog after just 10 minutes in a brand new place. She is an extremely loving and playful dog, but she wasn't sure of her brand new surroundings. Ultimately, I would not recommend this place because it seems that they just don't understand the behaviors of some dogs.

These people truly are passionate about dogs -- their happiness, their care, & their contentment. I've yet to use their facilities for daycare or boarding but I've toured their runs and I approve of the indoor/outdoor kennels. None of the pups looked neglected or depressed. What I have had experience with is their grooming department and I've never been anything but satisfied with my two bichon frises' grooming jobs plus their prices are extremely fair. I highly recommend Come Stay & Play for all your dog's daycare, boarding, and grooming needs.

Very dissappointed to see what they had to offer and the prices are horrible. $10.00 for 15 minutes of play time. Charge for everything they do. The cat condos are a joke,poor cats have no room to move.My dog now stays in a very nice kennel in Berlin Center. No charge for extras.Toby gets plenty of exercise.
