I always took my Audi to these guys and they were consistently 30-50% less than the dealership, but then I bought a Toyota and haven't needed them for years. Stopped in to see if they could fit me in for snow tires and guess what - they remembered me and got me in the next day and oh yeah - less than the 3 other quotes I had gotten. Love these guys!

I have done thousands of dollars with Mike no more!! I asked him to fix the door on my jeep. He told me the door needed to be relplaced... OK he said he had a door for 400 dollars he didn't say anything about labor. Since I am going through a divorce I don't have that kind of money. He tells me Jerry Browns so I call them. Mike told me they had a red door for my jeep which is red. So I call Jerry Browns they told me they havnt had a red door in months but they have two black doors which cost 200 dollars. I confronted mike about this he got very angry and said he needed to mark up the price which I understand but 200 dollars not including labor that's crazy. I'm a single Mom who knows nothing about cars. I went into A One Automotive because my engine was making an odd noise. I had a *well meaning* friend tell me what they thought the noise was...and it was a costly repair. When I went into A One I made the *dumb* mistake of telling them what I thought the noise was. After they had the chance to look it over, the owner called me and informed me that the noise was easily fixed...not the problem that my friend thought it was, and also several hundred dollars less than what I thought it would be.
