      The Boulder Cork is a casual-style restaurant and steakhouse that has been in operation since 1969. It serves a selection of starters, entrees, salads, sandwiches and steaks. The restauarnt s menu also features enchiladas, penne pasta, baked-stuffed chilies, grilled cheese sandwiches and house-smoked chicken quesadillas.
