There very rude there there games are rigged I'd never recommend that place they sold me a fake ring there liars

I have been a long time customer of Ted's and have to give him and his crew a five star review. These guys have always given me the best deals on tools.

Was in town to visit Family and went here an bought an item. Item didn't work and I took it back later that day and they told me they were not walmart. Before I bought it I asked if it worked and they said oh sure of course.Don't go here, they are really bad.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, FRIENDLY SMILING STAFF. STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL LIT. NICELY ORGANIZED WITH GREAT PRICES! UNDERSTANDING ABOUT MONEY PROBLEMS AND I WAS NOT EMBARRASSED TO GO THERE!

Went in to the store in Butte today to look at CD's and DVD's but cut my trip short when the clerk behind the counter lit up a cigarette. Called the store after going to work and asked for the manager, but was told she was off today (she was sitting at her desk when I was in 20 minutes earlier.) I was told by the empolyee answereing the phone that the area the employee was smoking in was the designated smoking area. I relpied that you can't have an INDOOR smoking area, but was told if I didn't like it to call anybody I wanted to, but tough sh**. Montana has a law banning smoking in public places ,like stores,resteraunts bars and casinos; so I called the Health Department. I WON'T be back to this store.
