Attentiveness and Great Food......

We have visited this establishment many times and each time has been special. We have great service and the food is of good quality. We order Mom's Lassagna and the Marinara Spagetti. The best part is we get another order of each for take home. We top our great dining experience with Chocolate Zuccotto Cake. It is to die for. All and all I highly recommend this place. Experience the bar area while you are at it.

Not what I was expecting

My family and I came to Maggiano's with high expectations since they said everything is prepared from scratch. We assumed it would be fresh as well. Not so. Our salads - a house salad and 2 caesar salads both had lettuce that was soggy and limp, leading us to believe that they had been sitting in their respective dressings for awhile. My caesar was made up mostly of the spines of the portion closest to the core of the romaine head. Tasteless. If it weren't for the dressing it would have been totally tasteless. The french bread was delicious! The olive oil dipping blend was not much of a blend at all. They only added pepper - BORING! I make this at home and add so much more - roasted garlic, italian seasoning blend, black pepper, salt and crushed red pepper. MMMMM! Now the meal - $155+ for an appetizer, spaghetti with meat sauce, a pasta dish with crab, another pasta dish with clams, a meatless dish and sausage with pasta and a small (and I mean small) sampling of 5 different desserts. NO alcohol at this meal - 3 teas, a lemonade and a water. Add to that a waiter who doesn't know waiting 101 - ask the ladies for their orders first, oh yes and ask if the group would like appetizers before ordering, reaching across in front of you to clear something from the table. JESUS - where do they find these people. Don't think we'll be going back any time soon. Oh, and the food - mediocre.
