Asking for help can be hard due to pride, lack of time or money, or just the anxiety that comes with change. So many of us would rather stay slightly dissatisfied than risk changing ourselves, our situation or our relationship. Although change scares us, it can lead to amazing things. Start by telling yourself that you deserve to feel happy, confident and whole. I work with women and couples who are looking to grow and achieve the best version of themselves or their relationship.
