its fast, cheap , the customer service good , the quality of their cleaning is good. nothing has been lost. the prices were great..

i have been using prairie cleaners for 15 years.. im very pleased with there work. the owner himself checks every single piece of clothing after its pressed himself. very friendly staff.

I would rate Prairie Cleaners with zero stars if I could. They lost the pants to my dark suit on 8/29/2009 and still have not made restitution. First, the owner said he would “make this right.” Later, he kept implying that they may not have received the pants, but they are clearly listed on the receipt. One of the employees changed their paperwork AFTER they lost the pants. Prairie Cleaners claims they noticed that my pants were missing soon after they took the order, but they did not call to confirm this. I was surprised when I went to pick up my suit. I had a five-hour drive to my Dad's funeral ahead of me and did not need this. Why didn't they call immediately when they spotted the issue? I'm sure if it had been an honest mistake, they would have called. There are plenty of other cleaners. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
