Been going there since the day it opened. Love that owners are dedicated to there business and keep it nice and clean.

I just moved to the area and started using Auroras Best Laundry.I Love it! The place is so clean it sparkles!It's large, and I don't feel cramped. There are many washers of different sizes, and many dryers. The staff is Fantastic!The owners are friendly and polite. I love Myra! She has the prettiest smile, and can't do enough help. And if I get hungry or thirsty, there are plenty of goodies to pick from the vending machines!It's like Laundry Heaven!!!!

Best I have used in 20 years.

Ah, I don't believe these other reviews. This is what happend to me.



Stating that my experience here was horrendous is an understatement.



I was visiting this place for the first time and I was not sure about how to use the koisk and get the laundry card. In that process I swiped my credit card and found the laundry card in the slot,. I thought this was the card I have to use but did not understand why this koisk did not tell me how much money did it put on the card? I took it to the service window and asked the gentleman if this is the card I am supposed to use and the koisk did not tell how much is put on it after swiping my credit card.



This is where the problem started. He took the landry card checked the value and looks at me and asks "tell me if you stole this card". I was just baffled. He was so rude and kept pesturing that I stole it. I explained him this is my first time and I am not sure what he is talking about.



He says someone said they lost their card and its this one. Well doesn't that fool think for once that I could have found it instead of jumping to some conclusion? I seriously don't care what that idiot thinks but someone with such a cheap thought is nothing more than a weirdo.



Some other lady later helped me get the landry card and she at least did not look at me in a suspecios manner. Well, I don't think I look suspecious too.



I did my laundry and there was some balance left. I went back to the window and kept the laundry card on the desk and said I am not coming back and he can keep the useless card with him and swipe is whereever he has some itch.



After some cool thought I could clearly see that this person was a racist and jumped to conclusion as I was brown skinned.



So if anyone is looking for a laundry place, just stay away from this place, unless even you wanted to be treated like a thief by the uneducated owner of this place. BTW, the detergents are so over priced. There were some detergents marked with price written with a pen or some local printer. I think the owner is stealing by doing this. The place itself was not very clean and there is a problem with the parking.



You loose a customer.

This is a clean laundromat facility with a very helpful staff. The washing machines worked great and my clothes were dried in 30 minutes. I was in and out in no time. A big Thanks to Mike who offered his assistance. I walked out of this laundromat on very pleased with the whole experience. I will used this laundromat again when working in Aurora.

The Aurora's Best Laundry is a business that deserves a 5 star rating. This facility is not only one of the cleanest laundry facility in town, it has the most honest and caring owners. After my credit card was double charge because of problems with the machine, the owners looked up my name after reconciling their books, and knew me by name when I called to explain the situation. It was absolutely too easy to do business with them.

its a good place to go and handle your laundry in the atmosphere is very comfortable. unlike some places where its dirty and hot. the employees are friendly and helpful.

I went to do my laundry after moving to the area. I saw the staff doing laundry and they told me about this great service. I left my families laundry thinking it would take all day to get done. After a few hours my family of 5 laundry was DONE and SORTED by family member. I swear it was done better than if I did it myself! All I had to do was put it away. They saved my day and I got other stuff done that I needed to do. THANK YOU for a such a GREAT service!

Best laundromat I have ever been to. Super clean, super friendly and helpful staff!

After falling behind in our laundry, I dreaded going to the laundromat. The staff helped me carry the laundry from my car. Then they gave me a personal tour of the store, so I knew where all the machines were by size, so I could best utilitze the equipment by the size of my loads. My neighber won $40 in FREE wash and dry just by doing her laundry here every week. Everyone can win after so many visits. I liked that and the clean store and helpful staff. I don't hate going to the laundrymat anymore.

From the minute I walked in I could tell this place really is the BEST laundromat. There is friendly, helpful staff. The place is clean and well taken care of. They have comfortable seats and tables to sit at while watching TV and munching on a snack. The drink machine is like one I have never seen before. It has at least 40, maybe 45 different drinks to choose from. My wife had water, I had a Monster, while the kids could have juice and pop. And they were COLD. Speaking of cold, the AC works great too. Most laundromats say they have AC, but this place does and IS nice and comfortable.



I used their drop-off once and was very impressed with the folding and they even got stains out of the clothes!



This is my new favorite laundromat!

I am new to the area & found a super clean, friendly, wide-aisle store. Even better, NO COINS needed and I could use my Credit Card when I had no cash on me. It was a great experience!!!
