I went in for a bridal appointment. This was my first appointment and the staff were so accommodating and attentive. They walked me through the process and took great care to make sure my preferences were included in the dress selection process. They had a wide selection and the assistance I received was phenomenal.

Even though they were attending to two appointments at once, I never felt like my needs were ignored and I never felt rushed. Kelly ran back and forth to find different accessories for me to try with the dresses and answered all of my wedding questions. At the end of the day I fell in love with a dress and went home with it!

I am a tall maid of honor!! Not enough help in finding usable dresses. I had to find a hi-low style on my own. Not only that, the colors changed for the wedding. Their system obviously isn't effective (they write and re-write on the same papers in the bride's file) because the person at the register ordered the wrong color! Why would all of the accessories that were ordered be a different color than the dress?! They did correct the problem in a timely manner.
