Provided by YP.comi put up with their crappy service for a while only because they have really good sushi... but then i got over it because there are much better places with just as good food or better and u can actually enjoy your experience. theres a million things i can go on about but no need to waste my time. when i was finally fed up i went online to bash them and realized everyone else hates them too. LOL theyve got hundreds of bad reviews on every site that lets you post a review. that speaks for itself.

Provided by YP.comEver since the move to the current location, the quality and service of Sushi House has gone down. If you do go, expect to wait (although the lines have decreased from before).
The service is very rushed bordering on rude. We thought it was just because it was busy but it was still the case during slow times as well. The sushi wasn't as fresh as other Japanese restaurants and the Terriyaki Beef was tougher than cardboard. I believe the reason many people still go to this restaurant is because of the portions and price. If you are looking for higher quality sushi then go elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comThis Korean owned restraunt has non authentic food where the sushi falls apart. The portions are large and the price is not bad, and the wait is at least an hour because the staff is unefficient. I've seen the host and staff actually just let thier friends get seated right away in front of everyone while we are all still waiting in the wait room (they don't even have the nerve to "cut" in line the back way). The staff is always chatting away in korean instead of attending to the customers. The wait is forever for the food after you get seated (1 hour) and you don't get much service. Asking for anything is a task and once you do ask they say yes and either dissapear or just ignore you. I think people go thier cause the sushi is bigger but EVERYONE knows they have a bad reputation for thier unperfessional and very rude service.
