Mr Helton and his associates were very helpful and fast in winning my husband's work injury case. However we have to travel to Austin and once a month to Dallas for his pain management. The insurance company is now denying us our travel reimbursement and to pay for his medication. When I contacted Heltons office I didn't hear back for a week! Then we received a letter stating he was withdrawing from our case because there is nothing else further to be done. SERIOUSLY!!! We need help for the first time in about a yr. And since he's not benifiting he's refusing to help us. We can't afford to hire another attorney so now we are having to go through the division of work comp ourselves.
