      DITTO! CALLING IS IMPOSSIBLE!

      Born and raised in Visalia, know iGlick's is THE meat market in the country! I am currently stuck in Iowa and wanted to surprise a friend in Visalia by arranging an order for him to pick up. I spent an hour and a half calling, hitting redial repeatedly and NO ONE EVER EVEN ANSWERED! They may be an incredible market but are they SO incredible they no longer need to answer their phone for business?

      VERY disappointed with this experience from what I considered a top notch business.

      There was a 16 month period that the business was closed going through a transition and complete remodel. It was probably during this time that no one answered the phone. We feel that an automated system is so impersonal that we have not switched to anything like that. We are now back open from 9-6 Monday thru Friday and Saturday 9-5, and are here for you when you call. Thank you

      Do Not Call On The Phone

      Glicks is the best meat market in the county, great customer service. I love this store, but do not ever call them on the phone, I have tried several times to call them just too find out what time they open, or needing information, ect. and they put me on hold, sometimes as long as fifteen, to twenty minutes, at a time, very frustraing. Martin :>(
