The attendant was very personable. A lot of nifty old suitcases and paraphernalia in the store. The attendant discussed history about the place. Fascinating. He looked at the suitcase we brought in, which needed a special round wheel. He said he had never really done that before, but that he would definitely fix it to our satisfaction.

I would not recommend this business to anyone! I had some luggage repaired and it was not done on time and the work was substandard. They are very unprofessional and I will never go back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
