I would consider another law firm if you are looking to file a chaper 7 or 13 bankrupcy. I made the wrong decision in hiring them and don't want others to make the same mistake. They are not professional - waiting 2 hours for my appointment and when told my motion would be drawn up in the next couple of days (my file/case was time sensitive) it took a week after I had to follow up about my case. After all the bad customer service, no acknowledgement or apologies were offered to ease the frustration. If you are looking for a law firm who cares about your situation, Sunita Soon & Associates are NOT ones who care about your situation.
