The absolute BEST EXPERIENCE in a Hair Salon! I live in Sacramento and I don't care about the long drive when it comes to getting the beautifying experience at Dream Salon in San Ramon. The whole team is fantastic, the outcome is absolutely amazing! I had different so-called "high-end professionals" working for hours to do nothing but ruin my hair at a very high price in Sacramento. Anh and her wonderful team Tina, Lee and Danielle, work as a team to deliver exceptional results each time. They work fast to satisfy my demanding needs without spending half a day at the salon or leaving unhappy and paying more! I am a very picky about my hair and, yes, I am high maintenance, but the DREAM Salon is truly impressive. Thank you guys for the awesome job you do each time!

Very bad customer service with rude attitude!!!

I went there for hair cut and got late, lady scolded me so bad in front of all customers. I never had that bad experience anywhere. Would not go there ever again!!

When my wife and I walked into the Dream Salon, I felt like we entered a high end salon in Paris, Beverly Hills, or New York. These folks spared no expense in making this place a modern beautiful museum of cool. Everything is brand new. Designed for maximum comfort, while getting my haircut, I almost fell asleep watching the golf channel on their 50 inch flat screen. But I have to be honest; we almost left without getting any services done. With such a high end vibe, I thought they would burn a hole in my wallet. I was mistaken. After my wife and I looked closely at their price list of services, even wifey services like color, highlight, we quickly realized all services were at the low end of the cost scale. I've been going to the same guy for 15 years but Lee did a great job on my haircut giving me a fresh new look. Ann totally revitalized wifey's hair with some blond highlights just in time for our summer vacation. Bottom line? This is an extremely high end salon offering a Ritz Carlton Saks Fifth Avenue white glove experience, quality skilled professional services, at great prices.
