      I do cross fit and had tried many things, when I went and seen Nate I was in bad shape and pretty hurt. I was in a six week challenge and didn't want to give up, by my third treatment I was feeling so much better. It's not just a chiropractor it's amazing work he does, he got me through my six weeks and helped me so much. I have recommended him to people that also love him as well. I would recommend anyone to go see him, it doesn't matter if you do cross fit, running, kick boxing or whatever your active in.

      Vast Chiropractic provides individualized care with a primary focus in the treatment of sport's and soft tissue injury, as well as patient education and instruction in the areas of corrective exercise and nutrition counseling. Dr. Bernatz is the founder and director of VAST Chiropractic, Inc and is one of only five chiropractors in Utah certified in Active Release Techniques (ART).He earned his undergraduate degree in Human Biology and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Before completing chiropractic school, Dr. Bernatz interned at Woodwinds Hospital, in Minnesota and completed his externship in Vail, Colorado under the direction of Dr. Joel Dekanich and Dr. Mark Pitcher at Vail Integrative Medical Group.
