My son had caps put on his teeth today. I will never take another child to this office. While they were professional and kind in their bedside manner, they did not numb my sons gums through. They put him in a restraint to keep him from wiggling and then did all of their drilling without explanation or proper medication. He was writhing in pain and crying oww. They did not even attempt to relieve the pain. I now have a 5 year old who is traumatized and only time will tell us if he will ever be able to handle going to the dentist again.
