I don't know where to begin... the other reviews on this place is directed to the owner he is a typical scumbag and doesn't careless for customer service if you want to get ripped off this is your place if you want your car treated like crap this is your place.. if you want a company that is not knowledgeable in automotive electronics and will treat you like he is always right and no matter what you say your wrong this is your place

One of the worst experiences ever. Owner of the shop took money up front didn't do anything with car and doesn't want to refund money that I have paid.

you could put a -star i would have this place is a joke the owner ray is the biggest POS I ever meet I have had nothing but problems brought the truck back 10 different times and 2 of them it sat outside Untouched for 5 hours He does not stand behind the products he sells I had the back up camera go out twice and made me pay $300 for one of them and found out the second time was just a wire the camera was fine he just wanted more money and the head unit went out once the remote starter and the power box all within the past year and I spent $1300 for it installed a year and half ago don't go their they will rob you and say it not the problem when it Will break and keep trying to get your money WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

They said they were one of only two companies that could install a remote start for a Jetta, so it would cost $400 + tax. Sounds like a lot but "ABC' in Elk Grove said $375. s0 redline is closer and I [like a dummy] take it to redline. What they didn't bother to say is that this

what they were going to install did remote start the car but it also disabled the VW key electronics, so you have to use the new quarter sized emote to turn off the car before getting in and restarting the cap wiyh the key. Tey another $250 + tax to make it work like it should.
