Living in LA, I was initially hesitant to drive all the way to Riverside. But, Porsche Riverside had a car with the exact features that I was looking for. Given the current Covid lockdown, I also wasn't sure about buying a car in person even though I really wanted to test drive the car. Overall, this was the best act buying experience that I've ever had. The dealership ensured that my wife and I felt safe and JB (the salesperson assisting us) was absolutely tremendous. JB was knowledgeable, personable, thoughtful of any concerns and made the negotiation process extremely smooth and efficient. JB even personally cleaned and wiped down all the surfaces of the car and ensured that it looked beautiful before we drove away with our new car. Our experience with the finance manager was equally fantastic. I would highly recommend coming to this dealership if you are interested in a Porsche. You will not regret it.

Breaking down on the road is never a pleasant experience but it happened to me a few weeks ago. After a policeman helped me off the busy street, my first call was to David Barron at Riverside Porsche. Based on the default messages coming up on the display, he recommended not to drive the car in. He immediately set me up with an appointment and a loaner car. I then called Triple A and within 2 hours David had my car checked in and I was on my way. I have yet to have a bad experience at Riverside Porsche.

Worked with Tony Nguyen! Brought out the car promptly, and told me everything I needed to know about the Panamera and why buying at their Porsche dealership was had advantages. The place had a chill vibe and I did not feel pressured at all. From the test drive, to finance, to driving the car off the lot, Tony was with me the whole way. Even when I wanted a little more taken off the car, he went and spoke to finance to see what they could do for us. Felt like I was buying from a friend more than a salesman. Ok, I don't normally give a review especially about car dealership experience BUT THIS IS TOO IMPORTANT TO JUST LET GO.
First of all, my husband and I have visited other Porsche Car Dealership and it is not our first Porsche. The brand Porsche.... cant say anything negative about it...it is a lifestyle. But what made our experience so much different from other Porsche Car Dealership was because of TONY NGUYEN. Now we don't know him from before but the way he treated us is what made our experience at Porsche Riverside so different from other car dealership esp from other Porsche. Tony made it so personal, extraordinary and most importantly worthwhile. I know that buying a car is a business traction but Tony added all the personalized extra ordinary service that I would recommend him and the rest of his team to my family and friends. My husband and I are beyond satisfied with the purchase, we are very grateful for the service. Thank you Tony, Ed and Adam for being so transparent and very accommodating. Now we know why people drive all the way to Riverside to purchase their Porsche --- it is really worth the drive!!!

Top Notch experience all-around, and I was buying in at the low-end of the Porsche Spectrum. This was one of the few car-buying experiences that was actually enjoyable. A lot of that can be attributed to my salesperson, Oops, Porsche Ambassador, John Beech. This was the first time that I actually ordered a car from scratch and not only did John make it easy, he and the factory-ordering person actually jiggled things around so that my car would come several months earlier than we initially projected. I just purchased a 2017 911 GTS from Taylor over at Porsche Riverside; it was a complete breath of fresh air compared to the previous dealer that I had dealt with when I bought my last Porsche. They gave me a fair price on my 2013 911 trade in, and were just a pleasure to deal with on my new one. I highly recommend that if you are looking to purchase a vehicle, or have your Porsche serviced that you take it to this dealer.
