These guys are amazing, absolutely amazing! I can't rave enough. I was so stressed about moving and not being able to get all my stuff into my new home, but they were super fast and gentle with my things. They were very organized and and efficient with their time. They helped get things setup in the new house so I didn't have to stress about that either. Very helpful, kind, and considerate of my belongings. These are some of the most honest people you will have the pleasure of working with. If you need to move, these are the guys to call. Absolutely fantastic! These are my go to guys from now on, I highly recommend them!

We chose to use Lionel & his crew w/ Mr. Move it all, after reading the outstanding customer reviews here. It was all we had to go on, & we'd had a bad experience previously.. We really hoped not to go through the same thing again. I would just like to say thank you to Lionel & your men! As these reviews & most importantly, you all did not disappoint! They were not only friendly(even when tensions are running high during such a stressful time :) but they were very efficient, proffesional, honest, & did an extremely great job moving a lot of very big & very heavy items.. Without a single scratch or ding! Lionel also went out of his way to accommodate my family in what was a small window of time for us to move in. Not to mention.. prices are very fair. It is comforting know their is someone to call, who can not only be trusted, but that cares. Thank you!
We have used Mr. Move it All several times and each time the service has been outstanding! Honest, dependable, friendly, careful with the items, fast. I will never use another. In fact we are moving again and are about to call him. We can't say enough positive about this moving service.

I highly recommend them . Very friendly ,helpful and courteous , they go the extra mile for you. My car broke down on interstate during a move on a Saturday night, they stopped and didn't want to leave to they knew I was OK and got a tow. Then they worked around their Sunday to get me moved in. Top notch people , that's the kinda of persons that you want moving your processions.

This company had great reviews and that it why I felt comfortable hiring them...but my experience proved to be completely opposite!! I hired the company Mr. Move It all from Rio Rancho N.M. to move me from my home in the East Mountains to Albuquerque. A few hours after the movers left, I was unpacking I discovered my $2,045.00 wedding ring was missing. I immediately called Lionel the companies owner, at which time he proceeded to treat me as a criminal. He questioned me as to why I would leave something of that value in my standing jewelry box for his employees to move and basically accused me of lying. We went back and forth on the phone as he said he was going to question each employee face to face. Of course neither of the three employees admitted to taking the ring. He ensured me he would address this issue in a timely matter yet has failed to get back to me. They also dropped and damaged a night stand in the moving process.

We have never had a circumstance like yours arise previously. There has never been an allegation of any kind of theft or mistreatment of customer belongings. When you brought the matter to our attention, we immediately launched an internal investigation and we provided the description you gave us to local pawn shops in an attempt to determine whether there might have been some activity with your jewelry. However, as you were not able to provide a photograph of the ring, we have not been able to get very far in terms of trying to find out whether anyone tried to sell or pawn your ring. Also, based on the description you provided, we have found sample rings in a wide range of values. Indeed, you initially reported the ring had a value of one third more than you stated in your review. While we were completing our internal investigation, our legal team called and left a message for you. You then stopped payment on your check for the cost of the move. Our legal team placed one additional call after you stopped payment on the check. To date you have not responded to the calls from our attorneys. Even though our internal investigation indicated that we were not responsible for the missing ring, we were prepared to refund your money to you and to continue working with you if you had been able to find a picture of the ring in question. We are very sorry that you are displeased. We are here to provide excellent service always, and we wanted to work with you to resolve matters in the best way possible. We are sorry you did not give us the opportunity to do so. Thank you
I have used Lionel and his team with Mr. Move It All, twice. He came highly recommended from a good friend that also used them twice. Both times they were super-efficient and handled everything I had with the utmost care. Last week it was raining, and they made sure everything was covered. Nothing was damaged (not even scratched). He packed the truck like Tetris to make the most of our time. The guys Sean and Mitchell were so nice and polite. I hope we never move again (fingers crossed) but if I do, I will definitely use them again. A++++ service, highly recommend them.

We had to move twice in the same calendar year. The first time we used a different mover. The second time we used Mr. Move. Let us tell you why the decision to chose Mr. Move was the best one we made all year.
We have a 3 bedroom house with a garage full of boxes as well. The first mover got our stuff where it needed to be. But it was relatively expensive for a 3-man, 10hr move. Also, there was breakage of some key personal items that the movers did not tell us about… they left it for us to discover on our own. Finally, the cost exceeded the estimate the mover gave me by almost $300!
Contrast that with Mr. Move. Lionel promptly came out and gave us an estimate on the two-man move in advance. His estimate was not the lowest cost estimate we received, but Lionel inspired confidence that he was honest and would take care of our stuff like it was his own.
On moving day, he and Dominic were on time and ready to go. Both movers were careful and efficient throughout the entire move. The entire move took no longer than the 3-man move however; Mr. Move stuck to his estimate and SAVED me almost $900 compared to the previous movers.
Three weeks later we haven’t seen even one thing broken.
You can spend a lot of time interviewing movers. You can trust the lowest cost movers out there with your possessions if you want to. But why? Just hire Mr. Move. That’s what we’ll do next time.

Professional, friendly, and timely, everything you could ask for in a moving company. I scheduled a move during the Holidays and they were exactly what I was looking for.
The move went beautifully. These guys are reliable, reasonably priced and very likable to work with. It's all done just the way they said it would and exactly when they said it would. The dreaded task didn't take long and is now over. I'm pleased withe Mr. Move It All and highly recommend them.
Patrick moved me from Albuquerque to Houston without a hitch. There were no broken or damaged items.

I just wanted to tell you how grateful I am at the way you handle not only my furniture but myself during my move from NM to AZ. Moving is not easy at best and when one does not feel well - it makes it all that much harder. You went above and beyond what any mover might do for a client.
Not only did you show deep concern and consideration for me but also my possessions. When we discovered that there was a hole in the door of the storage unit you not only moved my items but first dusted them off BEFORE you put them in the truck to come to AZ. All of my possessions came home in perfect condition and CLEAN! Not to be believed!
Your charges were more than fair and I used you not only this once but two times prior to this final move and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who has to make a change in their lives.
