I had an appointment with Katee yesterday. I showed her a photo of what I wanted my hair to look like except that I wanted the blonde to be a little warmer. She thanked me for showing her the picture because then she “didn’t have to guess”. My hair is now ash blonde and it looks like I got full highlights instead of a balayage (I booked a balayage). I have three unblended blonde streaks on each side of my part. I asked her to fix it while I was still at the appointment. She told me that she had fixed it after she applied a root shadow. After I had gotten home I realized that she did not fix the issue but she had just parted my hair in a different area. I also paid for a trim during my appointment. Katee told me as I was leaving (after she had already cut my hair) that I should come back so she could cut another inch off of my hair to fix mistakes from a previous haircut. I am frustrated because I paid for her to cut my hair and she could have just cut it the first time. I should not have to come back if she noticed an issue when she was cutting it.

Overall, I am very I unsatisfied because I had to pay for a hair service that was not close to what I asked for, I have streaks at the top of my head that I have to hide, and because she said I needed to come back for my hair to get cut again.
