After a long wait, Dock of the Bay is open in Shea Terrace. The owner, Sean Duffee and his family have deep roots in this community and it shows in the refurbished decor. The food was fantastic. I had tempura shrimp tacos with their special house picante sauce. The appetizers were shrimp and scallops, wrapped in bacon, with a swirl of custom BBQ sauce. Presentation of the food was superb.
