Living in NY-metro area and working with Brian Randolph at Proficio Bank in Tampa, FL who definitely represents the highest level of professionalism, customer service, and general client concern has been amazing. Brian was patient & walked us through the entire tedious process. Proficio Bank delivers a product that is both competitive and tailored to fit our needs. I highly recommend Proficio Bank to anyone who is considering doing a reverse mortgage or refinance. Theyre quick, dependable & Brian made us feel at ease. Go for it!!

Although we are NC, this week we closed a complicated loan with Proficio Mortgage in Tampa. Brian Randolph, the loan originator, is A++ in my book. Before Brian succeeded we were turned down by 6 other lenders, none whom would look closely or creatively at our case. Brian took a new approach and suggested refinancing two properties that resulted in better ratios and success. He actually thought about the problem instead of blowing us off as his predecessors did. I will admit Proficio's underwriting department is pretty annoying. They ask for things at the last minute, and one has the impression they don't plan ahead much. However, Brian Randolph is not responsible for that and did a wonderful job for us.

I just completed my refinance through Proficio's Tampa office. My loan officer, Brian Randolph, kept me informed throughout the process. He took the time to listen to our particular situation and suggested several options that were right for us. He always returned our phone calls and answered any questions that we had. Brian was always very courteous and made the process painless for us. We refinanced at a lower rate and at the same time consolidated our debt. I would highly recommend Brian Randolph and Proficio Bank. .

I just completed my refinance through Proficio's Tampa office. My loan officer, Chris Donsbach, kept me informed throughout the process. He took the time to listen to our particular situation and suggested several options that were right for our family. He always returned our phone calls and answered any questions that we had. This was a nice change from when we previously refinaced our home with Bank Of America. Chris was always very courteous and and worked to accomadate our busy schedules. We have referred a friend from church and will keep Chris in mind for any of our friends or family members that are looking to refinance. Jeff Anderson

I had done a refinancing with Proficio Mortgage back in February 2011 and am very pleased with the results. The service and expertise were impeccable via Brian, he was extremely helpful and forthcoming in every way. I had an issue with a fraudulent act on my credit report and they make sure to get that rectified and I got the best interest rate to say the least. I would highly recommend Proficio and particularly Brian to anyone who has interests in refinancing, purchasing a home or any other business of that nature. Satisfied Customer PS

Proficio could not have done more to ensure that everything went smoothly and as planned. I worked with Brian who kept me informed throughout the process and highly recommend this company as they were honest and up front about everything. In todays market, it is difficult to come up with someone you can trust. These people went over and above to make the experience a great one.

I been dealing with this company for 2 month and I still do not have an answer from them. Constantly the underwriting asking for more documentation and I never has an answer; we expect to go to closing x date and later on they say we can't go to closing. At this point I'm going to loose the house. It is a awful company, it has been an nightmare for me and for all my family. This company do not have any respect or consideration for their clients, they do not care about people arrangement and time frame. I would never recommend this mortgage company to anybody.

I applied for a loan with Profcio Mortgage on 07/16/2010 and as of 09/16/2010 no loan. The loan officers just keep given me a run around every time i called. They keep telling me the loan is approved just waiting on underwriter to give ok to close. this has gone on for over a month, and it is all ways something elese underwriters want for ok to close. they make you jump through hoops to get a loan. THIS IS THE WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY I EVER DEAL WITH, and I deal with my share of Mortgage Companys
