FANTASTIC DIVORCE AND CUSTODY ATTORNEY AND ALSO GREAT CRIMINAL ATTORNEY!!!!!!!!! Ms. Johnson represented me in a domestic violence injunction case that she handled professionally and aggressively. I was extremely pleased with her court demeanor and her competence and integrity. I was so pleased with her as my attorney in the domestic violence injunction case, when I needed a lawyer for my divorce, I called Ms. Johnson immediately. She welcomed me like a friend and immediately gathered facts and documentation and started working hard on my case. She prepared me so well and thoroughly and had all the documents readily available and organized for my Judge that my divorce went very smoothly and quickly. The Judge said I had a very fine attorney and I agree. She is a caring and kind person but she is also a real powerhouse. Her staff is awesome and very friendly and always greet you warmly. A first rate lawyer and law firm.

Ms. Johnson and her staff are first class legal professionals. I retained Ms. Johnson in two post-divorce proceedings as the out-of-state respondent/defandant. Both actions occurred several years apart. In both cases, she was able to get the matter resolved much more favorably for me than expected. Her staff is efficient and helpful. They don't waste time when researching and preparing documents but everything is assembled as it should be. They did not "nickel and dime" me for sending an e-mail or a fax or answering a quick question, e.g., what's the phone number for X?. Her staff took the time needed to answer my questions, politely and quickly. I highly recommend Debra S. Johnson, P.A. if you need a family law attorney in Florida.
