I was very disappointed! I found a store in Ontario CA and decided to go in and try on dresses (I am getting married in September). The site didn't say you needed an appointment so I was looking for dresses to try on (I found 3 I wanted to try on within 10 mins) when an employee walked up and asked if I needed help, I told her I would like to try on the 3 dresses I had found and she informed me that if I didn't have an appointment I could not try on the dresses. I was very disappointed and felt so insignificant. The moment someone is looking for a dress to get married is supposed to be exciting and special. I explained to the employee that I am hardly ever in town because I am a truck driver and I would like to try on the dresses and she said that because I didn't have an appointment that I could not. I will never go to another David's bridal again!

this place is not even worth one star! This is the worst company I have ever done business with. My dress was a disaster & it started before I even ordered it. I had concerns about sections of the dress but the Alterations manager said it can be fix not to worry. Once my dress was ordered & paid for the alterations department said they could not fix it period. The manager was not helpful & could care less about my problem. I paid full price for this dress and the only solution the store manager had was I could get one off the rack hundreds of dollars cheaper with no reimbursement. Alterations had to do other improvements which turned out terrible. I had to take my dress with less than a week before my wedding to a different alterations company where they had to fix the mistakes David's Bridal made which they were not able to fix all of them. Everything was terrible from start to finish. If you want to have a stress free wedding then DONT use Davids Bridal!
