      The Oklahoma Surgery & Urology Center was formed in 1986 and comprises four associations of physicians, including the Oklahoma Lithotripter Associates, Urological Surgery Center Associates, Deaconess Surgical Associates and Urology Surgery Associates. The center offers a wide variety of ambulatory surgical services. It also specializes in urology, general and orthopedic surgeries, podiatry, cardiovascular and otolaryngology. The center is approved by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care and also is member of the American Lithotripsy Association, the Oklahoma Hospital Association and Federated Ambulatory Surgery Association.
