I have always had great experiences at Floris! The woman I have had a few times (wish I could remember her name) was so meticulous and did a great job! They always have a clean and welcoming environment.

I agree. I had a horrendous experience with a pedicure where an older technician cut th heck out of my toe and filed the nails so hard the end of my toes were raw. I told her to stop, and became extremely nauceous and had to go home. There was not restitution, no new technician to come take over. I understand now that the salon is under new management, but I am afraid to try it.

I think they are very professional with a beautiful salon. I always leave with a feeling of relaxation and satisfaction.

I've almost always had good service there except lately. A senior nail technician did a horrendous job my pedicure and the management refused to do anything about it. More recently, I went for a uv gel fill in. No appointment but that has never been a problem esp. on a Monday. There were 4 people standing around with no customers. I was told they had 2 appts scheduled and they were too busy to do my nails. They told me to come another day. When I told them I would go somewhere else, they said "OK". Now I have been going there loyally since the opened. My husband goes. We take out little girl. Refer many people there. Well no more. Once again management was unsympathetic to what happened. They were like "oh well". Will no longer recommend them.

Very uneven service. Untrained operators. Would not recommend.
