Beware folks I put my personal items in unit 501. It was stored for about a 1 1/2 years while I tried the RV life. However In the first 2 days of putting my home items in the unit. My son in law was helping move in the heavy items and notice light coming through the roof in 2 places. So I took photos and when we got done I went to the manager showed him the photos and expressed my concern of the roof leaking. He said there was enough over lap on the tin he did not think it would leak. However I asked that it be fixed one more time. A week passed I went back to the unit to see if repairs had been made and it was the same. I again went to the manager expressing that the roof needed to be fixed. The manager did agree to come and look at it. We both went to the unit he acknowledged that screws had backed out as they do sometimes and he would have someone come and fix it. I then left for Arizona. Then I came back to Idaho on June 5 2020 My family and I started to move my furniture as I bought a home. It was raining and the unit roof had never been repaired and multiple pieces of furniture have water damage. I wanted the managers to come look at the rain dripping through the leaking roof on my furniture. However the lady refused saying she had nothing to do with it? She said the owner would be there the next day and we had to make a second load. So the following day I went up met the owner offered to show him photos and ask him if he wanted to look at the damage. He said he couldn't . I told him we had photo's and a video of the water dripping on my antique victrola. I went back to the unit and in awhile the owner showed up and was in the unit looking at the water dripping telling my son in law there was no guarantee the roof would not leak? This was total neglect of the roof repairs. I have photos and video and damaged furniture. This is just the start as I am going to pursue what ever it takes to get a fair resolution. Oh and the I went in on the 12th for a refund after paying for the month they don't give refunds ..what a scam

This is a really good place to store. Always clean. Very nice people. The office is open seven days per week. Good prices. I have my own code to get through the gate. Lighted at night. They have managers who live on site. They seem to have security cameras every where. I would recommend this place to my friends.
