I recently visited fantastic sams. I love the new store they moved a few doors down and it's very open and clean inside. My stylist was very friendly and gave me a great cut. I am very pleased and will definetly be back and highly recommend it. I had no idea about all the services they offer and have seasoned hairstylist.

I received a New Client Coupon and was skeptic to get a haircut for $8.95 but was VERY happy with the results.The stylist listen to what I wanted and it looks great.I am going back in a week to get my summer highlights.

I wouldn't even wish the bad hair cuts they give on my worst enemy. Took my daughter there and her hair was unbelievably uneven! Had to take her elsewhere to get it cut even. Not worth the money you save!

Horribly unkind. I have been there several times, but they treated me as a nut.

At the end of the service, they asked me "would like to have a hair dry"

I thought that's included. Finally they charged me 5 bucks more because of blow dry.

Felt really bad...

I have been going to Fantastic Sam's for over a year now and for the most part they are pretty good. My stylist recently quit so I was forced to try someone new. Caroline is a horrible stylist. She does not fully listen to what you want and cuts things they way she wants without asking. If you value your hair I would make sure not to have her as your stylist
