this office is a joke.....they are so unorganized the staff does not know what they are doing and thier customer service is awful they act like you owe them something. if you have a elderly loved one that needs to be seen by these doctors make sure a someone goes with them do not send them alone they try to down talk to people. it seems to me they are in it for the copayments and billing the insurance. they give appt after appt for nothing just to collect the copayment. i will work in the medical field and i know what it is to be scared not knowing what is going on and this office shows zero compassion for the sick, i will be reporting them to the insurance and the boards......
