The lady that took care of my hair had no experience. Went in for a regular hair cut I came out so disgusted that I had to go home and finish it myself! Do not go there

I had the worst experience today at sports cuts on McPherson rd. next to the IBC bank. An old redhead lady with short hair was cutting my hair when suddenly she started coughing. She stepped back, and since I was watching the T.V. and not paying attention, I didn't say anything. After a couple of minutes, she started coughing again. This time I looked at her, and saw how she coughed with force, and directly into her hand. The lady disregarded the cough, and without even wiping the slobber on a towel, let alone wash her hands, she attempted to continue to cut my hair. I immediately stopped her and told her that she was not going to touch my hair with that hand. Confused, the lady stated that she had coughed in another direction. I told her that that was not the issue. I told her that she had just coughed into her hand, and that without concern or remorse, failed to wash her hand, and attempted to cut my hair in that unsanitary manner! Had the lady apologized, washed her hand, and continue cutting my hair, i would not have had any problem. Instead, she kicked me out of the chair and told me in an abrupt manner to ask someone else to continue my half done haircut! At this point not only am I grossed out by the issue, and by the thought of how many people's hair she had cut & spreading her germs in that manner without washing her hands, I also get insulted and kicked out of the chair. The next lady who attended me was very nice, and did not comment on the issue, as neither did I. I recognized me as a regular costumer, and made conversation as if nothing had happened. That second lady is the only reason that I may go back to your establishment for a haircut again. However, you can be sure that I will tell people about my experience, and I will advice all friends and relatives that I can to avoid the old red haired lady. I do not know the name of your employee, but I am sure that she is the only old red haired lady with an excess of hairpins that works for you.
