This place came recommended by another business. Their staff is attentive, thorough, and happy to help. I was nervous about leaving my pet anywhere but from start to finish I was kept updated on my dog's wellbeing.

Cannot be counted upon. I made a reservation for dog boarding on a Monday. The reservation was for the upcoming weekend beginning Saturday morning. I was informed Saturday morning the facility was booked, and they had no record of my reservstion. This caused a major problem with my weekend plans which included hotel reservations out of town starting Saturday. The staff were unsympathetic and left me high and dry. This is a very unprofessional operation. You can be sure I will not use nor recommend their services to others.
