I rented from Enterprise again! Who doesn't love the weekend specials? It makes traveling on a budget possible. This visit I did the local rental and was the 1st time I needed to use their pickup service as well. Arranging it was so easy and the ride came at the designated time. The car was clean and the gas tank was full. The staff is courteous and the branch manager Mitchell, very professional. Next trip....VEGAS :-)

They are all nice and pro, great costumer service, friendly, we feel very comfortable each one of them.

Enterprise has always provided top of the line service and their appreciation for your business is shown through the enthusiastic approach their employees have in helping you... I've been a long time customer and plan on continuing to do business with Enterprise...

My only complaint really is the hard sell for the insurance that is offered. When I say I don't want it, let it go, no comments or trying to scare me into getting it.

Rude Rude Rude each and everyone of them including the tall heavy built Manager. I also noticed they were staffed with majority Caucasian would of been nice to see some color, the only decent person was the kid outside detailing the car. I waited 45 minutes to get my car. Then I had to track down an employee to explain, how the car worked.and it happened to be the young kid who was detailing another vehicle Upon, returning my rental another long wait. This office in Lake Forest on Rockfield gives enterprise a bad name. I will continue to rent with enterprise but never at this location.
