Unethical practices, overcharging and aggressively adding fees on top of it.

I called JOEMC after hurricane Florence struck the town of J-ville. These women and men are back to their old ways of treating the townspeople like their own personal piggy banks. They will never attempt to better the community, they'd sooner (and they have) cut off the lights and then overcharge you in order to make you pay for their mistakes, all the while trying to keep up the facade of being a non-profit. Never take them at their word, contact your local, state and federal representatives to keep holding utility companies accountable.

I enjoy going inside to pay my bill the ladies are always helpful and fill of joy.I can go there any time of the day and I get the same results friendly happy faces and smiles .But for me myself I have been wondering what is the Facilities Charge that posted on my son electric bill for 12.00 dollars if it's for that Big light out front we are not suppose to pay for that the landlord is so why is it on the bill can you please give me a answer Thank. You Very much
