Dr. O’Donnell listened to everything I said and provided a level of care that is too often not found. Professional, clean office from walking through the door to the time I left. COVID protections in place. Organized and very little wait time. I absolutely recommend this office and Dr. O’Donnell.

I see Dr. O'Donnell at least 3-4 times a year to remove wax build up. I wear 2 hearing aids and this is an on going problem for me and he has taken care of it. When I leave his office I am able to hear clearer.

He was extremely patient and thorough with testing and explaining his findings to me. Would without a doubt, recommend my friends and family to him!!

Dr. ODonnell is a wonderful Doctor. He is very attentive, asks questions, provides greet feedback and is very thorough.

I came to see Dr. O’Donnell for dizziness. He elicited my symptoms explaining everything as he proceeded. He diagnosed me with classic case of vertigo and did a specific treatment which alleviated my symptoms and then gave specific instructions for the following days to enhance my relief.
Everything was done in the most professional and courteous manner, far beyond anything I’ve received in recent years.
He’s very approachable and congenial, which is helpful in making patients feel at ease asking questions etc.
He also treats my husband and son and in a short time will be treating my daughter. The best compliment I can give is that I’m so confident in his expertise, our whole family looks to him for our specialty care. Many thanks!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and efficient and there follow up phone call came before I even made it home. I have seen him also treating young children and he had the same easy touch and patience with children as he does with adults
