I'm been coming to this salon for over 7years now! all I have to say is the staff here r very good , very happy the work well done! no rush ! no hidden fees! pedicure & gel nails , hair cut and facial absolutely satisfied . highly recommend !

Absolutely awful. The place was filthy, the staff was rude, and they were having people wash their hands in the hair rinsing bowl. And I saw them BARELY clean the pedicure bowls after a customer left. Keep walking to another store!

Totally satisfy with all the services that I had done at the serenity!! staff here are friendly & helpful , I come here every two wks and got deluxe pedicure , gel nail and facial done is so good and very relaxing love it!!! talk my husband in to get man&ped and now he's just tack along with me . I would recommended any one to come here. oh I forgot got my Hilite and H/C too so beautiful yes!!

This place is horrible! Very rude staff ive been waiting 30 mins when I was told ot would only take 10. A group of girl came in after me and asked how long I had been waiting so they decided to go somewhere else because this is most ded not the only place around here to get your nails done and this lady working here started yelling at them. And when one said they didnt have time to wait that long she said something in another language that im pretty sure wasnt very nice. So please dont make my same mistake of walking into this place

I went in with a girlfriend to get a manicure together. They said they could accommodate the both of us at the same time but didn't. They took forever for two simple manicures and did a poor job they then charged me 17 dollars sine I got buff instead of polish. Who charges 5 dollars for buffing?? When i asked why i was being charged for buffing with a pad the technician said she would give me a discount to 15 dollars. This place is a rip off and I will not be going back.

I would reccomend anyone to come here. I got Gel nails done, a pedicure, eyebrow wax and a facial. I loved how the turn out was for all my services. I am very picky as to who does my eyebrows and facials because I've had very bad experiences in the past. I was recommended by a friend so i took a chance and I will definately be coming back. My eyebrows look natural and my facial was amazing and I have sensitive skin but the products they use did not cause me to break out or anything. Totally worth coming here and pampering yourself without breaking your wallet!!!

Serenity is a good place to get your pedicure , my friend been coming here for year now and she always talk me in to come with her, Finally I did and I just love this place. When ever I come here without appt. They alway take me in , and I'm very happy with the good job they provide, very funny, very honest people here,one day I forgot my cell phone and they call me to let me know, that's the reason why when you sign in they ask you to fill out your phone number.all the nails tech here are very good they explain to you very throughly , no surprise and there price are average.the salon very clean .I get my eyebrown wax done and they look perfect every time.

I have been going to Serenity Spa since high school (over 5 years). From the experience I had, I would NEVER recommend anyone to come here again. 2 days ago, I got a mani & eyebrow wax. I brought a special nail polish with me which they ended up irresponsibly losing/stealing. I know that one of the nail techs has my 10 dollar polish because she commented on how she liked it and asked where did I get it. I went back the next day to ask for my polish. They informed me that they "couldn't find it" and that a customer stole it (which is hard to believe because it was 9pm and the mall was closing). The manager was VERY rude to me telling me it was "out of her hands" and the receptionist also was rude, telling me that I only spent 20 dollars the day before. (Btw, I have spent 150 there one day) It doesn't matter how much I spent, even if it was $1.00, Im still a paying CUSTOMER and should be treated as such. No one tried to comfort me as a customer or even say sorry. They are irresponsible and rude. They only think of the money they will receive and NOT the customer. Also, their pedicures and nails are BAD! All I wanted was a nice day at the spa, instead they stole my nail polish and I walked away feeling like an invaluable customer. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else...PLEASE heed my warning! There is a place across the street that does awesome nails...go there first!

I made reservations in advance for my fiance and I to get facials and verified that two people would be able to get started at the time they gave me so we could be out shortly after the hour. They were half an hour late starting his, did not do everything to him that they did to me (possible becuase he did not know what he was supposed to get), and then kept me up at the resgister for over twenty minutes when we were already running late from their delay. He never got his full facial and the lady said she started on time. My fiance may not know what comes with a facial, but he knows how to read time. What made matters worse is when I told them I was in such a hurry to just charge me and give me back my credit card, the lady who had my credit card was on the phone with her back to me. So finally I raised my voice becuase no one else would get my card from her and some hair stylist that was not even in the conversation jumps in and tells me that they do not allow people to yell in there. Believe me! The people outside the door could hear me if I was yelling! I never want to go back there again! I finally did get my credit card back and 8$ dollars off. Wow. What horrible customer service!

I stopped by the Spa a few weeks ago to just check it out. I have used another location in the mall for years. I have to say I'm going back today to get fixed up for the Thanksgiving Holiday. The massage chairs are the best I've ever sat in!!! Today I'm getting the full works. They are more expensive than the other place I have always used but it's well worth it.
