Maleea, is wonderful. She is an excellent hairstylist. Also, her prices are amazing. I have recommended her to several people. I will be booking another appointment with her this month.

Customer service is non-existent, prices change with the wind and she could care less about the health of her clients hair. She was braiding my daughter's hair but, she didn't want to retouch her hairline so, when the hairline got loose, the braid would come out with my daughter's hair attached. She didn't want to lose the money on a full head of braids for a touch up even though she was the original braider. She wanted me to wait for her to braid all of her customers and come (from Orange County) when she finished with her day. I made the last retouch appointment fro my daughter two weeks in advance and when we arrived she was braiding someone else and said the wait would be 2 1/2 hours. I am slow but, when I finally realized that she had double booked after she scheduled us because she was NOT going to miss out on the money for a full head just to retouch my daughters hairline and she didn't want to miss out on the retouch money so, she let us drive over an hour to wait for, what ended up being three hours. Oh, and then she charged us an extra ten dollars for the retouch. I paid her the money and tipped her because I knew that would be the last time she got a dollar of my hard earned money. They should teach business ethics and customer service in cosmetology school. The other lady in her shop is nothing like her. But, stay far away from Maleea!!!!
