We will NEVER eat at IHOP again! Manuel (or Jose) our waiter was extremely rude. They advertise that Thursday night is "Kids Eat Free" night at IHOP on their front window. When my husband and I walked in with our 2 kids they gave us menus and offered us their promotional NEW french toast combo meals. So we ordered the "new" french toast combos and 2 kids meals off the kids menu. When we got our bill he did not give us the "2 Free Kids Meals" as advertised. When I approached our waiter about it he said because we ordered their promotional french toast combos the kids meals are no longer FREE!!!!! NEVER once did our waiter Manuel (Jose) mention that if we order the new combos off the menu then we can't get the kids eat free promotion. When I told him that he laughed at me and told me that "I Obviously Could Not Read" and then continued to offend me as a customer for not knowing that I could not order any full price adult meal off the menu and get the kids meals for free! Then I asked to speak to a manager and he said he is the only one in the whole restaurant and I will have to pay the full price of the bill and come back tomorrow and speak to a manager! What a waste of time and money. Horrible FOOD and Customer Service. We will NEVER eat at IHOP again! I would have rather eaten at McDonalds!

I use to love ihop. The food is so expensive and the quality has really gone down. now I see you were shut down inDec 2008 for cockroaches. i wont be going back..........Brenda

I was noticing this restaurant has only hispanic waiters and waitresses. i don't like that! I Scott & Sue
