I knew what the problem was. The shift solenoid needed replacing. I got there at 3:30 and asked could it be repaired today. I was told no because he was leaving in 20 min. I said how about Sat. I was told no again. Then I was told they don't do anything with transmissions, and I should take it to another shop that was recommended. The problem is the website says they close at 6pm. The website also says they work on transmission. Lastly replacing a shift solenoid on a focus is not very hard, just messy. You have to drop and drain the transmission pan. The solenoids are right under the transmission filter. Unscrew one bolt swap them out and put everything back together. I didn't want to do this because of lack of space and it being very messy, but it seems I am going to have to.

I called your business and spoke to a very rude, nasty person who hung up on me. When I called back, he told me to go #@%& myself and again, hung up. Now if this how your business treats people on the phone, i would hate to see how we would get treated if we were to step into the door. I would not recommend this place to a bum. I am a female and if that's how females are spoken to, i hope all the(at least the) females who have any ideas of going here to have their cars worked on, to skip this business and go to the one down the street. They would be more than happy to assist you without the filthy language that was used. May I suggest you (the owner) give this pig a good talking to and let him know if there is another incident, he should hit the unemployment line.
