      The firm was found in 1994 as David Andersen & Associates, PC, by attorney David Andersen. In 2015, Rebecca Johnson-Ellis and Jeremy Shephard became partners and the firm started operating under the trade name Andersen, Ellis & Shephard. In 2020, the firm started operating under the trade name USADebt Bankruptcy Attorneys to further demonstrate our specialty to potential clients and showcase our down to earth approach to dealing with clients.
