PRI was formerly known as The Center for Orthopedic and Spinal Physical Therapy from 1989-2011. In 2011, the business name changed from COSPT to Pain Resolution Institute. Since it's inception, PRI has been on the cutting edge of developing the most advanced and effective techniques to address the cause of pain, improve function and restore order on the deepest level. Pain Resolution Institute, located in Fresno, California is currently the only provider of Function Restoration in the world.
