I came to supercuts two years ago after another hair salon, using sports to gain a client base, destroyed my hair. I walked into supercuts and asked the stylist if there was anyway the disaster could be fixed. She accepted the challenge and did not disappoint. I have been a loyal client of supercuts ever since. I came to realize that I did not need to go to a salon that offers a gimmick to gain a client base, I just needed to go to a place where the stylists are professionals and know how to style hair. Thank you for always taking my mop top hair when I walk in and giving me a GQ style when I walk out.

The sign was lit that stated "no wait", but we stood and waited for 10 minutes. No one took our name or waited on us. A man came in with his son and everyone spoke and the took the boys name. I was there to get my grandsonstuff hair cut. Now....the reason this up set me so much is that my grandson is autistic and people treat him diff rent all the time. He was so excited his Meaw was taking him to get a hair cut, when the took this other boy ahead of us and we were OBVIOUSLY there a lot longer, it really hurt him. Shame on you guys. I will never visit this location AGAIN!!!!!!!

I had my hair cut by Heather and she did a great job. I liked her so much I ran home to get my 15 year-old daughter and Heather did an excellent job for her too. Giving her a completely different style. My daughter was thrilled and we both highly recommend Heather...

I go to get my hair colored 'Ruby Slippers' red and get a trim one Sunday out of every month; It's half price colors on Sundays. Got to love that! The gals there are very nice and helpful. I make my apt with Heather. She's such a talented and sweet lady! I like that it's never crowded and I'm in and out in 45 minutes to an hour. It's perfect for me. The environment is laid back, relaxed and easy. No complaints here. I'm a very please regular customer.

i was charged 46 bucks to get my hair cut, blowdried and flat ironed. They said the price hike was 20.00 for a flat iron.. for one my hair is to my chin and for two I have been there a few times in the past always had the same thing done and was charges 23.00!! They told me when I complained that all those times I was charged wrong and should be thankful for that!!! I called corporate because they give no refunds in store and the corporate office forced a 20.00 gift card on me.. to of course use in their stores.. refused refund! Just beware ladies.. so to high end salons no surprises and cut by real professionals!
