their work is outstanding

The rear quarter panel on my black Mustang required body work and paint to repair a dent/scrape. I was quoted before the work was done that the entire panel would be sprayed. When I got the car back, I could distictly see that the paint was blended and feathered... poorly. The body filler was not sanded smoothly. They made a poor attempt to fix it by using a rubbing compound. Very, very poor work.
