We have lived in Durham for 4 years. We hate to admit it, but we have not even ventured out to the downtown area. Boy have we missed out!
Our experience at Tyler's was really great! Within 5-10 minutes they had us a table for eight set up outside by the water. The waiter immediately served our drinks, within a few minutes our salads & appetizers were brought out , followed at the right timing, our main meal. We had refills steadily. Food, service,& atmosphere was very good! We definitely plan on going back real soon.
My girlfiend and i came to Durham for the blues festival, so we decided to go to tylers because it was close. we were freeted and seated fine. the waitress[ELIZEBETH] was good at getting our drinks and thats all. We recieved our food and we needed our drinks refilled, but she never came the whole time we were there, and we were at tylers fro a good hour or so. she never refilled our drinks and she never asked if we needed anything. she was an HORRIBLE WAITRESS,.elizebeth. but the food was great.
food was excellent, but cusomer satifaction is not good.
The service was excellent and the meal was prepared in an efficient manner.
