I, too, wish I had know to look at yelp and other sites before I went her. She has a special for $250 dental cleaning. I took both of my kitties in at 8 am. She did not show up until 10 am. Why I waited is beyond me. All I can guess is I was pretty out of it with a 102 temp after going to the dr. the day before. thought I would be paying $500. She kept printing of reams of paper, if this happens it cost more, etc. I did not sign any of them. I was so sick I went home and came back to get my poor kitties. She would not give me my cats until I paid her $1,500.00. That was not the price I was quoted, but she would not give me my cats so I had to pay her. I immediately stopped payment on my credit card. I fought it for 6 months but lost. At least she did not get any money until 6 months after. Worst of all I got home and Francesca was very ill. I was so scared and called her and she says well it isn't because of the dental. She said to bring her in and she hydrated her and she began to feel better - that was free. What a horrible person and not a vet in my opinion. This was years ago and I know how to check people out now. I am happy to say she went out of business; Every time I pass by I am so happy to see she cannot be doing this to others and harming pets any more. At least I hope she is not, I hope she didn't set up shop somewhere else under another name.

horrible place, almost lost my cat. He got very ill and took him to another vet and after two weeks of 24/7 care we saved him. He just came in for a grooming!

Took the pet in for a routine check up and the Vet Dr. Swanson found that the teeth needed to be cleaned. One week passed and the pet was vomiting so in we go again to Dr. Swanson who diagnosed that surgery was needed to healthy $$$ amount! She assured that this would cure the pet! Wrong took the pet in again to Dr. Swanson then diagnosed the pet with a form of CANCER and had to be put to rest! The bill amnt was more than $5000.00. Had I checked Dr. Swanson out before tru Courts and vet boards I NEVER would had choosen this vet. nDr Swanson!!!!

This vet will KILL your animal! You don't have to take my word alone, Kristen Swanson, DVM (alleged "DVM") has been taken to court numerous times for the death of many different species of animals! Check out Denver county courts, it is public information. She has also been reported to the board of Veterinary Medicine, in Colorado, numerous times! If you love your animal, you will not go here! I want the public to know, now you do, enter at your own risk, but let me say, you are a fool if you use her! Also, she is clearly in this practice for money alone, she will try her best to jack up your bill before she kills your pet. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I brought in my puppy for her shots, and was greeted with a smile. The staff are just so nice. As I drank a cup of their coffee, the nurse explained tips on how to housebreak my puppy (which I despirately needed to learn!). The vet talked to me about vaccines and dog care. I left with a picture of my puppy, and a health report card. My puppy left with a bottle of shampoo, new food, and some yummy treats. We can't wait to go again!
