When I asked him a question regarding my boyfriend's immigration case, he only said " There's really nothing he of you can do." I didn't expect him to say he would fix everything and that there was something we could do; but he could have been a little nicer about it or at least explained why not. He shouldn't give free consultations if it's going to be bad service. I work in customer service and I know a smile can be heard over the phone. I didn't ask for free service, but I did expect at least courtesy.
