Provided by YP.comFirst surgery of my mom's life and we have been in here 5 days so far. Terrible customer service! I am not one to complain but this place is unacceptable. Some great nurses, but a handful of really terrible ones. My mother has had double knee replacement and was left unattended on a bed pan and in the restroom for 30 minutes each time. Ice was not kept on the knees as needed and I am very concerned this might interfere with her healing process. The nurses do not keep in touch with the other nurses or keep the system updated as they should. Not pleased with the food. We are on the waiting list for a private room where a visitor can spend the night, but until then we are having to deal with the most obnoxious roommate on the planet. Would not recommend this rehab to anyone. I plan on contacting the right people once we get out of here. I hope my mom's knees don't suffer because of this place.
